I ordered a Shrimp Taco because my friend has been urging me to try it a few days ago (but I was too full). I got hungry today and decided to find a Taco place that sells Shrimp Taco and found Los Jilbertos. It was $6.50 and it comes with a 《bigger than my face》Taco, four Shrimp, pico de gallo, tartar sauce and cabbage. It tasted really well. Everything is fresh made and the service was quick and good. The dine in area is a little small though but I did a to-go.

Large portions with decent prices! Service is great always nice A good place to get a quick meal

Our family absolutely loves this taco shop, we eat here prob once a week! Highly recommend, super friendly!

Hefty breakfast burrito for ten bucks. Perfect for splitting. They have delicious fresh salsas and all the fixings available to add. Jilbertos is a classic taco shop that does it well with great service to boot. On a Sunday morning they were slammed with takeout orders. And still it only took a few minutes for our burrito to be made. The cook even came out and asked if we were satisfied to which I responded with a resounding hell yeah. I wish we had one near us but hey, it's a perfect pitstop when passing through the area!

Great authentic Mexican food; great serving sizes too! I can highly recommend this as a go-to place! Quick service : )

Let's put this debate to rest. I have been eating Carne Asada burritos since I was a teenager in San Diego in the mid 1980s. It is always what I order when I try out a new taco shop. I have been to a bunch of places from Menifee to Murrieta to Temecula and this one is hands down the best spot in the area and I mean the location on Clinton Keith in Wildomar specifically. The meat is well seasoned and tender. The guacamole is good and the burritos are big and not over priced. My wife typically orders the chile relleno burrito and it is the best she has tried. This is our go to place and apparently for many others as well as they all seem to know the owner who works the register every time I'm there, which is whenever I need a fix! Finally, always ask what they put in their carne asada burrito. If they say beans and rice...RUN! They are ripping you off because they will put just enough carne in it so it isn't called a bean burrito anymore. A proper carne asada burrito is carne, pico and guacamole only.

Great BRC burritos (beans, rice and cheese). I like to think that most Mexican restaurants in Southern California have at least a decent burrito, but you'd be surprised. However, Los Jilbertos has a great burrito, which is a relief. The burritos here are very big and can easily be shared between two people if you're looking for a light lunch. The tortilla that they use is big but thin, and the proportion of beans to rice to cheese is perfect. The BRC burritos here are nice and mushy, just like a BRC burrito should be. They have a little self-serve salsa station, with pico de gallo, marinated carrots and salsa, too.
